who does it
Our team includes strategic thinkers, creative minds, digital geniuses, and tactical executioners of the “things and stuff” that swirl the airspace of Marketing. Each engagement is evaluated based on the project’s needs and resources are engaged as the deliverables dictate.
I consider myself an in-the-trenches marketer who’s as comfortable working with full-service firms as smaller boutique firms—and their various styles and cultures. I tend to think about breaking with tradition when it makes sense and embracing new approaches to solve problems.
During my 20+-year career, I have motivated internal and external clients to elevate their brands on regional and national stages. I am at my best when I collaborate with architects, engineers, developers, general contractors, lawyers, and accountants (think professional services providers) and their teams on Marketing and Business Development planning and execution, content creation and distribution, and personal marketing and relationship building. I am laser-focused on establishing reasonable expectations, crafting realistic strategies, and achieving measurable results.
During my tenure “in house,” I contributed to reinventing marketing teams by hiring and managing exceptionally talented people and instituting comprehensive best practices, process management workflows, and scalable programs. I and my team supported business development efforts that contributed to an unprecedented 50 percent growth over a five-year period, impacting one firm’s transformation from a regional player to a national powerhouse.

J. Robert ‘Bob’ Farley II
Dir of Creative Epiphanies & Visual Storytelling
Bob has worked in the creative space more than 30 years directing, designing and producing graphics for a diverse mix of print media, including advertising, collateral, magazine layout and design, product packaging, book covers as well as video graphic animation.
Bob began a nine-year tenure when he signed on with Jim Browne and Associates as Art Director working with clients including Lee Jeans, Riders Jeans, Marley Cooling Towers, Herald House Publishing, Mortons Steakhouse and more. Here he had responsibility for graphic animation and video editing in addition to print work and creative overflow support for clients.
In 2007, Bob took a bold leap to Polsinelli, a regional law firm at the time. During his tenure there, Polsinelli entered a time of rapid expansion to become a national firm with 850+ attorneys with offices from LA to NY. In 2012, he was part of a core group of five who led a rebrand of the firm from the ground up, a firm-wide initiative for which Bob had primary creative ownership for the entire range of all print collateral, advertising and digital media. Over the next five years, the firm achieved numerous accolades, rising 50-spots in the AmLaw 100. Polsinelli was also recognized including a 50-spot rise for brand strength.excellence. Bob led the firm’s creative team during this period, devising numerous strategies for both operational improvement of creative output and strategic enhancements to the creative portfolio.

how we do it
why we do it
Dragon6 team members share a love for storytelling, problem solving, and helping our clients figuratively and literally look good. We all come from in-house teams that routinely struggled with resourcing challenges and talent-voids which often typify professional services providers and that can easily drag down the firm’s Marketing efforts. We are a team that thrives on creativity and that loves being given opportunities to project our clients’ brands in ways that measurably impact their business successes.
